SPRING TREE PLANTING
Join Us for a Volunteer Tree Planting Project!
Thanks to a generous TEDI Grant awarded to Friends of Bellevue State Park, we’re excited to plant over 200 trees and shrubs this spring! To make this effort a success, we’re hosting three planting dates and are looking for dedicated volunteers to lend a hand.

Planting Dates:
April 25 & 26 (9 AM – 1 PM)
We’ll be planting 106 trees and shrubs at the end of the pond. Planting begins on the 25th, and we’ll finish anything not completed on the 26th.*EDIT* April 26th (12-3pm)- Sorry for the change of time. Due to a 5K during the morning we will be pushing the time back so we do not have any conflicts. We hope that you can still attend!
April 30 (9 AM – 1 PM)
We’ll be planting 60 dogwood trees along the greenway trail.
Our volunteers are the heart of what we do, and we deeply appreciate the hard work and commitment they bring to each project.
Important Note: Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Thank you for your willingness to help with this vital initiative. Together, we can make a lasting impact on our park and environment!
