Volunteers are needed to move pollinator plants from the Judge Morris mansion to a nearby meadow in White Clay Creek State Park!
The mansion at Judge Morris State Park will be used to host weddings next year and the concessionaire wishes to replace the current pollinator garden with a more formal garden. Some of the plants in the pollinator garden have not been observed historically in the park lands, and as such they cannot be transplanted to the meadow. Instead, volunteers will have first dibs on them (listed below).
Volunteer days will be 9/5, 9/18, 9/25, and 9/26 as necessary, from 9-11am.
Afterwards, volunteers can take qualified plants listed below (bring your own pots).

Parking: Judge Morris Estate parking lot. You do not need to pay the entrance fee; a pass will be given to you at sign in to place on the dashboard of your vehicle for the duration of the event.
Meeting Location: Walking up the pathway located at the far end of the parking lot will bring you to the estate.
Bring: A refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and a personal pair of gardening gloves if preferred. All other tools and gloves will be provided by the park.
Wear: Comfortable clothing and close-toed shoes suitable for the outdoors that can get dirty.
