Join us at Brandywine Creek State Park for the Legend of the Brandywine Werewolf! Werewolf sightings have been recorded along the Brandywine Creek dating back to 1962 and earlier. We need your help on this guided hike as we attempt to catch our own werewolves!
We're looking for passionate volunteers who aren't afraid of the things that go bump in the night to help us create a spooky time for our guests. Volunteers will be stationed along our trail to help startle program participants. Volunteers will receive speakers to play werewolf noises while hiding amongst the trees just out of sight. One brave participant may even be asked to be our very own werewolf. If interested in being the werewolf, please indicate so in your response.
The program will run between 7:00pm and 8:30pm on October 30th. Volunteers should plan to be on-site between 5:30pm and 9:00pm to walk the trail, receive their roles, and get into position. Interested volunteers should respond to this opportunity, and the Manager of Volunteers or Interpretive Programs Manager will reach out with more information.
