Wineberry Pick and Pull: July 1st 9:00-11:00
Join the park naturalists in the morning cool to do a pick and pull of Wineberry plants on the Auburn Valley Trail. Volunteers are encouraged to take the edible berries home with them which make great snacks or even jams. Long sleeves are recommended as Wineberry plants have thorns. Heavy duty gloves will be provided. To beat the summer heat in the sun we will start early at 9:00am and end by 11:00. Parking at the Farm Lane parking Lot located on the right past the park office buildings.
