Want to enjoy a nice walk on a trail and volunteer at the same time?!
We will carry some small hand tools with us (hand pruners, loppers, litter grabber, buckets, etc.) as we walk a trail so that we can take care of any problem areas we may come across.
If you enjoy your survey walk with us and would like to continue doing this on your own time, please sign up for our Adopt-a-Trail Program! Feel free to ask questions about this program while on the survey hike.
Trails/meeting locations will vary; registered volunteers will be notified ahead of time of where to meet.
September 15th will take place at Fork Branch Nature Preserve.
