Due to the Weather Predictions for tomorrow Feb 6th- This event has been postponed to Saturday Feb 15th!
Join Wilmington State Parks staff for a volunteer service project to help control invasive plants in Brandywine Park. The primary target will be English Ivy, though the project could be expanded.
Delaware State Parks is one of many organizations that offer opportunities to serve your community on this important holiday.
Invasive plants — plants not native to the region that grow aggressively, complete with native plants for resources, and displace native plants — present a growing challenge to local ecosystems.
