Each January first we have a series of popular "First Day" hikes. Join in as a volunteer to be a 'Sweep.' Sweeps follow up the end of the hike to make sure everyone is safe and accounted for.
There will be three hikes on January first 2024. The hike length varies from approximately one to two hours. Families can volunteer to be team sweeps for a hike. All participants under age 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
When: January First 2024. Please RESPOND for further information about hike timing and locations.
Who: Suitable for adults and families.
Wear: dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes suitable for hiking
Bring: personal water bottle
Parking: will be determined based on hike trailhead location
