Here at the Brandywine Creek State Park Nature Center, we've been busy preparing for a cozy evening of Cookies and Crafts. The holiday lights are lit and the wreaths are hung, and all we're missing is YOU!
We're looking for 3 volunteers to join us on Saturday, December 13th from 3:45pm to 7:00pm who can oversee our crafting stations! With your help, park guests will learn how to make birdfeeders, ornaments and luminaries just in time for the holiday season.
During your shift, volunteers will learn how to make one of three crafts and should be prepared to assist guests and their families with creating them. Volunteers will also keep the area organized and clean, and may be asked to help park staff with other tasks as needed.
A background check (at no cost to the volunteer) is required for all volunteers at this event. Please respond to this opportunity, and the Manager of Volunteers will reach out with additional information.
